Flow stuck on "running"

I have a flow that has been running trouble free since June of this year.

About 3 weeks ago it started getting stuck in a "running" status. The issue is the flow will stick in every step of the flow. There is no consistent area for it to freeze. 3 screenshots below show it freezing in different spots.

@Anonymous  Seems like you are getting this issue intermittently. I reckon this type of issues happen due to throttling at connect level. Please check whether you are crossing the daily limit of the runs. MS product team added new analytics for Flow this week 

. Please check here This will give you an estimation how many runs flow is consuming.  Also if you are unable to determine then please raise a support ticket with MS support then they can check the telemetry in the backend and confirm whether it is due to throttling or now

@ajdhingr I do not see this option when I am logged into Flow (Power Automate).

I have had a ticket opened with MS for weeks now and they have simply asked me for logs and screenshots of the issue and have said they will check the "backend" to see if there is anything happening but they have yet to say its because I am exceeding any limits.
