Flow to sync Dropbox to Sharepoint not triggered

I created two flows to sync Dropbox folders to Sharepoint libraries whenever a file is created in Dropbox. It used to work but the flows haven't been triggered in a while. How do I figure out what's wrong?

Thanks

Hi @Krystle,

It might be a temporary issue that happens when the dropbox server not unstable.

I tried to reproduce your Flow on my side but not find the same issue, if you still have this issue, please contact us.

@v-litu-msft I just read in the link you sent me that you need to create a separate flow for each subfolder. This will be a nightmare.....

Thanks a lot!

Hi @v-litu-msft

The issue is not solved

I tested a flow using the test feature and adding a file to dropbox. It was successful and copied it to sharepoint.

But what about all the other files that were created on dropbox and didn't trigger a flow run? There were hundreds of them. It's not reliable if it decides to ignore triggers for months.

Is it possible to create a flow to sync dropbox and sharepoint? I can keep my flows to trigger whenever a file is created but have another flow that syncs once a week for example?

I'm not a coder btw

Thanks

Krystle

Hi @Krystle,

Sorry, currently dropbox does not support storing the number of files for a week and then sending them to SharePoint together.

Cause there is Create property could know when the file added, there is just Modified property.
