Flow with wrong "Requested by"

I have a flow with which involves:

- forms

-SP lists update

-aprovel

-emails

I share the flow with another user, in case something should happen with my account.

Form is created on my account and is not shared.

The problem is this: flow.JPG

When a form is sent and and when approvel is to be processed, it says that request is sent by me and not the one who subjected the form. Its placed on the top of the email message with, see attachment. Even though I use response id.

Flow itself is working just fine otherwise and regarding who the responder is.

Does anyone know why is this happening ?

Re: Flow with wrong "Requested by"

@Jako :

I suspect that you have not configured the Approval action to have the individual who submitted the form as the requestor.  Please see my screen shot below.

Re: Flow with wrong "Requested by"

Thanks, @ScottShearer .

That did the trick.

Now it says Created for  (name and the picture of the responder).

It also states Created by (my name) .

Is there any way two change or eliminate that?

Re: Flow with wrong "Requested by"

Hi @Jako ,

As Scott described, we can now configure Requestor field to display the Requestor information in Approval email.

However, currently Create By cannot be removed or changed. It displays the information of the Flow Owner (the information of the user who is currently logged in).

If you want MS Flow to remove Created By or we can change it, please consider voting for the following ideas:
