Flows taking too long to trigger

Let me start by saying my users using Flow all have Flow per User licenses assigned them. I have a "When Event is Modified..." trigger on my flow. The interval is set to 1 min which is the maximum for Flow per User license holders. The trigger however is taking on average 10 min to trigger. I've been watching it for a few days, and this behavior is consistent. I would expect the trigger to go off within a minute of an Event being modified. When I share the Flow with others who have the same Flow per User license they have the same experience. What is going on here?

Hi @swhitson - Is this the Outlook connector? In my experience, there is a delay with some of these, especially when a mail arrives in a shared mailbox.
