I think you need to format each day in the same way. Try setting both up in an initialize variable before comparing them and then you'll be able to see why they are not equal to each other.

I am trying to build a flow that will run each day and grab the table and look for start dates that were 7 days ago and then send an email to the email address in the row with the matching date.  Seem to run into issues getting the date condition to work

Screenshots would be helpful to see what you are doing.

It seems that you would have to format the date to be identical in the comparison and subtract or add 7 to the days of one.

Formatdate(utcnow(), 'yyyy-dd-MM') is equal to Formatdate(subtractdays(DATEFROMTABLE, 7), 'yyyy-dd-MM').

The names of the functions might be off a little, but they're in there.

The table just has ID/First/Last/Email address/Start Date

Trying to have it run each day, grab the list and look for start dates 7 days after today
