Gateway random failures

Hi there,

I don't understand why my gateway sometimes fails in the same flow with the error "The gateway is either offline or could not be reached.....ClientFramingDuplexSessionChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state."

I have an approval workflow that copies a sharepoint list attachment to a local file system folder. This works without error but a few tasks later I use the same gateway to update an SQL table and this fails unpredictably. 

How can it be unreachable when a moment earlier it successfully created a file? Is it possible for the gateway to reach a connection threshold and refuse connections as this flow can get busy at various times in the day.

Any advise would be helpful.

Hello 

Can you provide flow url and time stamp for failure also can you provide gateway logs 

Can you confirm server has gateway installed didn't have any network connectivity issue reboot etc.

There have been no know networking issues on the server, it's an application DB server so it's not convenient to reboot without notice but I have restarted the gateway.
