Get Excel data to teams channel

Hello , In my excel file  has 20 rows data , I want to get data to post in teams channel .  I use the flow function ,it will create 20 messages in channel ,but I want all excel data post to teams channel in one message , how can I use flow to get my goal !!!!

Hi @JACK_LAI ,

 

Please refer to the following method to configure Flow so that every record is displayed on a separate line.

Just add a <br> at the end of the Value.

I use this function to create a  "string variable" then insert value to this ""string variable" , But string output to  teams channel , all data will in one line  , I want one record one line ,how can I overcome this ???

Hi @JACK_LAI 

 

Please take a look at the flow below and replicate:

Using the Select action you can select the columns with custom headers in the excel and then choose the columns you want. This array can then be used to create an HTML table and send as a single message to teams channel.

in my excel file , it has more than 20 rows , then after I filter it has 5 rows to show in teams channel , in you method it will show 20 rows not 5 rows  and the value are all the same !!!!!

Carefully map the key value pairs along with the "".
