Get forecast for today suddenly stopped working

Hi, I am using a flow for more than 6 months now that posts a daily weather forecast on teams, and it was working just fine until this monday (2021/03/15). When I test it I have different results ... sometimes it fails, sometimes it runs, difficult to troubleshoot!

I tried changing the location and it worked but today it failed again

Thank you you in advance for your help!

the error I have is the following:

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
Parameter name: index
at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowArgumentOutOfRangeException(ExceptionArgument argument, ExceptionResource resource)
at System.Collections.Generic.List`1.get_Item(Int32 index)

Same situation. My flow had failed to get UV index for several more days before that.
