Get response details conditional statement

Hi Flow community,

First, thanks for being active and posting so many good questions and responses, I've been able to learn a lot from reading these forums.

I've been working on a flow for a while that is made up of a Form, and a Sharepoint List. When a form response is submitted a email is triggered to the employee's supervisor indicating that they answered yes. I want to know how to include the question(s) that was answered yes in the email to the supervisor.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi @Air_I_am

You need to do the following:

1. Declare a string variable before the apply each loop.

2. Split your IF conditions individually and set the variable value as question for each conditions.

3. Add another IF condition to check whether the variable is not empty then Send Email. Here you can map the new variable (Question).

4. After Send email step initialise the new variable to empty.

Thanks Abm!

What initial value do I declare for the string variable in step 1?
