Get response details

Hello Community Experts

I'm trying to create a flow where once a case is resolved a survey mail should be sent to customer and when the customer submits survey a nite should be created in my customer service

I'm able to send email

But getting back the response fails

How are you triggering the survey?

 

Can you post screenshots of your configuration so I can take a look at what you are passing?

Ok so it looks like that when you pass the int() expression to forms pro it is rejecting the format of the expression. If you initialize a variable with a type of string, then set the variable using your expression you will be able to pass the string value to forms pro.
