Getting e-mail body from text file

Hello all,

I am using bellow flow to automatically send scheduled emails at the beginning of each month with different attachment per month.

This flow will be handled to someone in my company which doesn't know how flow works. this person will have access to SharePoint files to upload or change them.

Question: Is there a way so that the email body will take information from a Word or Text document that is also uploaded in SharePoint ?

I have looked through internet for solutions but couldn't really found a suitable one for my flow.

I don't want to use 'HTML' coding because it will make life difficult for the end user.

You could store the Email body into a text file, for example:
