Gmail user met problem when try to approve

Hello there,

 

My appprover tried to click on the approve/deny button in an approval email in his gmail mailbox, and get this information,

" Suspicious link This link leads to an untrusted site. Are you sure you want to proceed to na-westus2-01.azure-apim.net...?" He clicked to proceed. And then he received a follow up page with a message

"An error occurred while recording your response. Please try again later!"

 

By checking the flow, I found that the "approve" feedback is registered.

Anybody met similar problem? How to detour this siuation then?

Hi @gstit ,

 

When clicking the Approve/Deny button, nothing wrong happens and the response could be submitted successfully.

It seems an issue caused by Gmail. I guess it relates to user’s location.

 

Are you in the same location with your customer? If no, will you get the same issue when testing it on your side?

Hi, Thank you Mabel for the time and answer.

 

We are not in the same building with our customer, but georaphically pretty near.

 

This gmail alert is pretty frightening, especially to non-technical staff. Is it possible to remove that at all?

I googled and found this stackflow discussion thread,

It seems that the office365 users such as us have no priviledge to verify the domain with google.

Please share a screen shot on your flow configuration and run details, and screenshots on the message in the Gmail box.

Hi Here is the snapchat of opening the email in Gmail.

Since Gmail make back the default option.

If the user click "back", I found the registration will still be done.

But there will be no feedback such as "your approveal has been registered succesfully".

Then the user will think nothing happened.

So they may click the approve button again. No wonder they will get an error message

but the flow got the "approve" message.

This will be pretty confusing for the end user.
