Having trouble connecting to an On Prem Microsoft SQL Server named instance from Flow (first timer)

I have tried following the procedure outlined in many other questions

I have a named instance on localhost\<name of database>, I have enabled port 1434 UDP on my windows firweall as well as remote connections on the database server itself, and enabled tcp /udp in sql server configuration manager for my named instance and restarted.

In Flow, I get the following error (I have MyGateway installed on the same server where SQL is running, verified the sql server services are up and running). I'm also using windows auth to connection not SQL Server auth (but username and password is same as my domain password/ gateway).

Hi @PowerAppsUser32 ,

If you are using SSMS to manage Sql server, you could view server name by looking at connection properties.

It is recommended to use Windows authentication and get the correct User Name from properties.
