How to check in and publish a Sharepoint file with Microsoft Flows?

Is there any way to check in and publish a SP file with Microsoft flows? I am making an approval workflow and I need to publish the file when the file had been approved

Hi Sebasacevedo,

 

Do you have a file saved in SharePoint Document library? Where do you want to publish the file?

 

I create a flow to save the file in OneDrive if the condition is equal to Approval. Below is a screenshot of my flow for your reference. You could also save the file to other destinations such as Dropbox, Google Drive, etc..

I mean "Publish" as check in the file in the same Sharepoint Library to allow other people can see the file

It seems that currently there is no action can be used to publish a file in the same SharePoint library using Microsoft Flow. I would suggest you submit an idea at Flow Ideas Forum, so it might be taken consideration for future releases:

You can easily check in or check out SharePoint documents in Microsoft Flow with the help of Plumsail Actions.
 
It is a third-party product that provides Plumsail SP connector that provides a set of actions for SharePoint management, including check-in, check-out, copy, move, remove.
