Under the folder path you can set the dynamic property. Not sure what you meant by email name? Is that email address? Are all email address are in your domain?

I would like to create a flow for when I send emails with attachments to many emails. When they forward those emails to me with attachments, they will be downloaded to me in sharepoint in a folder that is created with the name of the email from which I sent the email.
