How to disable email sent from Flow?

Hi,

 

I would like to disable the emails sent from flow to owners. Cause we have the whole team added as owner, and flow is sending email to all when there's update on any one of the flow -- that's too much. Any way we can disable it?

Hi @iristan 

 

Looks like there are certain notifications emails that you cannot unsubscribe from (Co owners changing something on the flow is one of them) and there are certain type that you can (the run history notifications). 

 

So the ones you can unsubscribe, please do so. And for the rest, you can use the inbox rule and move them to a different folder/delete.

Last time I looked there was no way to disable these notifications.  You can easily create a mailbox rule to move them to a folder or delete them.

Hi @iristan 

 

You can actually unsubscribe from these emails. All you have to do is click the unsubscribe button from the email as shown below in the screenshot. It will take you to the flow page and get a confirmation if you want to unsubscribe from the error alerts. unsl.PNG

I did not see this option from email....where am I suppose to look for it?

Hi,

 

Just need to comment on this whole mail spamming from Power Automate, as soon I add a "Run Only User" or have many owners  then the user get hit with these crazy mail notifications that you cannot turn-off! 

 

What if I have created 10 flows and want to add my 50 users in the "Run only users" section. Must be an option to turn this off. 😓
