How to extract information from Request ticket in Portal using Flows?

Hey,

 

In our company we have Portal where User can raise a request to solve particular issue they are facing, So is there a way to extract information from that and use it further for various uses?

 

Kindly suggest some thing as it is not possible with SharePoint ( it accepts only 'org.sharepoint.com/site' and Forms flow.  But we have custom URL like Collaboration.name.com/sites/name

I'm afraid that the only way to achieve the requirement in Microsoft flow is create a custom connector.
