How to link related incidents in to one incident using MS Flow connector ?

Hi Folks, I came across one scenario where i am using ICM connector to create and update IcM's. While creating or updating i want link existing similar/related incidents to links in IcM.

How can i do that using MS Flow. I dont see any option in properties to add links in incidents.

Any help on this is appreciable.

Thanks,

Amit

Re: How to link related incidents in to one incident using MS Flow connector ?

Hi @amitpatange88,

Could you please share a screenshot of your flow's configuration?

Further, could you please share a bit more about the IcM connector that you mentioned?

I could not find the IcM connector within My Microsoft Flow. Currently, I could not reproduce your issue on my side.

If you could provide more details about your scenario, we would provide a proper workaround for you.

Best regards,

Kris

Re: How to link related incidents in to one incident using MS Flow connector ?

@v-xida-msft : Consider this example i have 2 incidents. One icm i have to link to other. I have searched with the api's but not sure on user/cert method it is using for authentication.

Api : https://icmdocs.azurewebsites.net/developers/AddRelatedIncidentLink.html

If you could tell me how should i exe these api's thorugh MS flow that would also be enough for me to complete my work.

And yes there is ICM connector inside MS flow.

Any pointers on this would be a g8 help.
