How to manually resend an approval email from MS Form Submission

Hi there,

I have an approval workflow based off a trigger from a form submission in Microsoft Forms. There are 3 layers of approval. First person has approved, second person doesn't recall seeing the approval email come through. Is there an easy way for me to manually resend the approval email to the second approver?

I don't really want to start the submission process all over again since it's already been past the first approver.

Could the user go into the Flow portal and approve under action items?
