I created a flow in power automate, based on this one:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/email-triggers
1 - How do I share the flow with other users in the organization so that the flow is applied to them in the same way, with their email accounts (instead of mine) and without giving them admin (co-owner) access?
Maybe I can't do this is due to my licence type? It has this info:
Power Automate Standalone plans -> Execute Workflows "License includes users consuming the flow." -> "Flow per user plan" -> NO
2 - The notifications will appear only in Power Flow Mobile App?
I want that the push notification appears in the Power App Mobile, but this seems to be a premium action, like shown in the picture bellow (from the url above). Which license type has this action?

If you want the flow to operate on their mailbox instead of yours then they need to create a connection to their mailbox. In that case you don't want to share the flow. You want to give them a copy of the flow that they can install and hookup to their mailbox. To do that the easiest way is to Export the flow to a .ZIP file and then have them Import it. That will prompt them to create a new connection to their mailbox rather than yours.
It shows as (preview) and Standard here in the United States. I'm not sure if its available in Europe. If it doesn't show in your list then I would assume its not available there.

Accepted as solution for the point 1, assuming that it the only way...
Can you answer the point 2?
Thanks
2) Power Apps Notifications is in Preview, but it shows as a Standard connector in my environment. It might vary from location to location. What region of the world is your tenant in? That may be why its showing premium. If it is premium for you then you will need a Per app (one app) or Per user (unlimited apps) license for Power Apps.
In relation to 2)
- The region is Europe
- We have Power Apps Per User license
- The premium connector shown in the post image is from the article, in our case it does not appear, not even with the premium label.
- Currently we can generate notifications only to Power Automate Android App, instead of Power Apps Android App.

I used the functionality "Send Copy" and it worked like you described, should be the same as exporting and importing zip but is more pratice.
That will work for the initial version. But the difference between Send a Copy and Import is that you can import updates to an existing flow. Send a Copy always sends a new copy.
