Identifying a Flow

I  have created an instant flow from Power Automate that will send out a notification and capture comments when a document has to be reviewed. (Automatic or scheduled is not an option as documents may have different triggers.) But I do have one question that I just can’t seem to find the answer to.

Right now I have 5 instant flows running for 5 documents. When I look at the run history it tells me Start, Duration and Status which is all fine and good but it doesn’t tell me what document this flow is running from (on?) meaning I have to open the flow and then drill down to see what this flow applies to. Is there an easier way to do this? I noticed that when I opened the flow to track the progress I see a “Untitled Ran at 5/20/2020 1:12:19 PM” banner at the top. Can I change that from Untitled to something else? It may be an obvious answer but I just can’t seem to find it. Thank you.

@Ann_DAS no you can't change that "Untitled", it is a bug and should be displaying the name of the flow.

OK thanks... it's a bug and I can accept that. Any other ideas on how to identify the flow?

@Ann_DAS you said "I have 5 instant flows running for 5 documents". Does that mean that for each of your 5 documents you have a totally separate flow? If so just change the name of the flow in the top left before you save it to include the name of the document.

Just to clarify....

I created an Instant flow called Document Review and I run it only when a document is ready for review. Right now,  I have 5 instances of Document Review running. One for Document A, one for Document B, one for Document C and so on.

What I am looking for is some way to easily identify that Document Review is  still running for Document B but the Document Review for Document A has succeeded. See the attached screenshot from the Run History.
