Import to Sharepoint a csv from Outlook

Hi I have a flow to save an email attachment. The problem is that when I open it, it has lost the .csv extension and will not allow me to open it.

What am I doing wrong?

@jemaropa  are you using an expression in File Name of Create File action?

Here is a test for your reference:

[Note]:Please make sure the file name has the suffix of .csv
