Importing a flow error

Hi,

Colleagues are getting this error when trying to import a flow I've created.  

 

Flow save failed with code 'DynamicOperationRequestClientFailure'

and message The dynamic operation request to API

'sharepointonline' operation 'GetTable' failed with status code

'Forbidden', This may indicate invalid input parameters. Error

response: {"odata.error": {"code": "-2147024891,

 

System.UnauthorizedAccessException". "message": {"lang": “en-US".

"value": "Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this

action or access this resource.”}}}

@RobEadie 

It looks like you are using a SharePoint connector in your Flow.  Do the individuals who are importing your Flow have access to the SharePoint site and list/library that is referenced in your Flow?  If not, that is the likely cause of the error as they will need to supply there connection info when import the Flow.

Thanks for the reply. The users want to add the flow to their own sites, so when importing, choose create as new an set themselves in the Related resources - SP connection section. Prior to this they, made sure they have a connection to SP in their PA environment - Data > connections area. 

It used to work smoothly, but recently multi-factor authentication has been added to the service and I was wondering if that was having an effect.

If the Flow used to work and now it does not, then there is a chance that it was impacted by MFA being implemented.  They might try creating new connections form themselves.  I use Power Automate in an environment that has implemented MFA and do not have issues.  I am making the assumption that they have selected their own site (rather than yours) after the import - you said that they wanted t use the Flow on "their own sites".

Hi,

They're not getting edit the flow. It's failing at the import phase. It will not allow them to import into their PA environments. Tried emailing but that was the same. I agree, I think the MFA is the problem and have asked our sysadmins about it.
