Instead of "Apply to each" can I "Apply to first?"

I made a flow but it automatically wraps the action into an "Apply to each". Can I use an "Apply to first" block? Here's a screenshot, thanks!

So far there is no such feature/action in flow. 

You could post this idea in the Flow Ideas forum, so it might be considered for future releases.
