Hello everyone!
I'm trying to integrate outlook with the Jira platform, in this case when I receive an email in outlook I create an item in some jira board using the email subject as a filter. for that I'm using Power Automate. When I add one of Jira's frames everything goes well, but for all the others the error below appears.
The dynamic operation request for the 'ListIssueTypesFields' API operation 'jira' failed with status code 'BadGateway'. Error response: { "error": { "code": 502, "message": "Field 'reporter' of type 'user' is not supported. Please see connector documentation for more info.", "source": "brazil -001.azure-apim.net", "path": "choose\\when[1]\\choose[1]\\when[4]", "policyId": "", "clientRequestId": "cb12e18f- b304-4d40-badb-7ff521524595" } }
The strangest thing is that the framework that is enabled is practically a copy of one that is not.
I would like to know how to solve this problem please.
Thank you very much in advance.
Att,
Douglas
Got the same issue 😞
same here
Same issue here
I have this issue too so the feature seems to be broken. Is there a workaround?
Me too, any updates on this?
The fix is.
Go into Jira
Settings cog in the top right - Select Issues
In the left hand pane, under fields choose field configuration.
Find the field configuration for the issue type you are trying to map to.
****502, "message": "Field 'reporter' of type 'user' is not supported***** This means the reporter field is mandatory - make this optional.
Re-test flow
Anyone got this fixed?
I need the help badly.
What error are you getting?
The dynamic operation request to API 'jira' operation 'ListIssueTypesFields' failed with status code 'BadGateway'. Error response: { "error": { "code": 502, "message": "Unable to parse Jira configuration. 'issuetypes' are empty.", "source": "europe-002.azure-apim.net", "path": "choose\\when[1]\\choose[1]\\when[4]", "policyId": "", "clientRequestId": "d49b63dc-3062-49af-94ac-7b539550970d" } }
This is the error i'm getting.
