Unfortunately you cannot attach items to an approval email.  Alternatively, you may want to save the scanned invoice in a SharePoint document library or as an attachment to a SharePoint list item.  You can start an approval on the item saved in SharePoint and include a link back to the item in the approval email.

Hi @JosePrada,

Please try with the Office 365 Outlook action Send email with options. Say the scanned file will be saved into OneDrive for Business, the flow could be triggered by When a file is created (Properties only), then get file metadata and get file content, adding the action Send email with options. In the User Options field, input Approve, Reject, and select dynamic content Display name and File content for the Attachment name and Attachment content fields.

Please take the following screenshots for a reference.

Besides, as @ScottShearer suggested, including a link to the item in the approval email is also a good way for the approvers to check the file.

A workround doesn't mean "Solved!".  Anyone who visited this forum on a cursory basis would think that Flow was perfectly functional with all issues "Solved!".  When, in fact, the opposite is closer to the truth.

You should have another title like "Workaround only - and unless you can be bothered to add an item to the uservoice we won't do anything about it - and even if you do add an item to the uservoice we still probably won't do anything about it".
