The issue in getting the Survey Link from Send Survey option in Microsoft Flow:

I wanted to send SMS and Email to the customer to get the Survey response. But Email functionality works fine and I am able to get the response, when I try to send the Survey link through SMS I don't get the survey link from the "Send Survey" action as a response.

But I want to capture survey response also when the survey is submitted. I call "When a new response is submitted" action to get survey response after "create an invitation" action but "When a new response is submitted" action is not getting triggered once the response is submitted.

Make sure that after When a new response is submitted you have a Forms Get response details action.

Yes, I have a get response details action ("Inside applied each loop") next to when a response submitted.

"Send Survey" action works fine but if I use "Create an invitation" even if I submit a survey "when response submitted" action is not triggering.
