Launch flow from hyperlink

Is there a way to start a manual flow from a url?  I want to add a hyperlink to a text webpart that will update a list item  based on the logged on user.

Hi @Bill_Hand,

 

It seems that your needs can be achieved through Http request.

You could consider using "When an HTTP request is received" or "HTTP" as the trigger.

Sorry, I am not familiar with this part, there is no way to provide a specific example.
