Leave Requests - Monitor Email Post To Calendar

Good morning,

First, I am new to the community and Microsoft Power Automate.

I have created a flow to retrieve new leave request emails from Kronos and post them in our leave calendar.  The only problem is, I can't figure out how to pull the data out of the email and convert it for Power Automate.  I have placed a leave request example below.  My flow works if I manually enter the date/time but that defeats the purpose of automating it.  Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
