MS Flow - Read Only permission

Hi,

Is there any way I can give read only permission to some members of my organization, for the flows I have created.

I want them to be able to only view the history of the flow without edit/modify option.

Thank you.

Hi @PriyaFernandes

Currently if you provide a user with run only access, they can run the flow but not view the history (available for manual triggers only).

For automated flows, and any flow that you want a person to view the run history, you need to have them as a co owner and that permission level allows them to edit the flow as well.

Hope this Helps!
