Mail+attatchment

Hi, I am new in Flow and for me it's an very powerfull tool. I tried some templates but I didn't find a solution to build my Idea.
I want to create a flow that send out a mail with an attactment via time trigger. The attatchment is in my One drive cloud. The existing templates only shows the way, when a file is new created. But in my case the file already exists.

Can anybody give me a short introduction how to realise it.

1. Wait until 8:00 o'Clock

2. Get attatchment (xlsx file ) from one drive

3. Sent it to a specific mail contact

Re: Mail+attatchment

Hi @ BileMG,

You could use Recurrence trigger to achieve the effect you want.

I have made a test on my side and the flow works well. Please take a try with the following workaround:

  • Choose Recurrence trigger and set the frequency and time of the trigger.
  • Use Get file metadata and Get file content action  to get file information and content.
  • Fill the corresponding information in Attachment field.

The flow works successfully as below:

8-20-run.PNG

The email with attachment is shown below:

Please take a try and let me know if any issue exists.

Best Regards,

Barry
