Mail (v3) no longer works via Flow

Hello all,

 

I have been using Flow to automate sending out the contents of responses for certain Microsoft Forms we are using within the organization, to an email address in particular. This was working fine for over 5 months now (4 separate forms, corresponding to 4 separate Flows) until yesterday afternoon (Oct 6, 2020, around 3 PM EST), when we stopped receiving these emails, despite the forms still being populated and sent as normal.

 

Here is one of the Flows we have been using:

We are still receiving a notification (not from Flow, but rather from Microsoft Forms) saying there is a new response to said form, but no email is being received from Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate <microsoft@powerapps.com>.

Strangely enough, the Flow reports running successfully... No error whatsoever:

Troubleshooting steps already performed:

- We have tried deleting and recreating the Flow completely;

- We have checked anti-spam at the organization's IT level and nothing was received from microsoft@powerapps.com since yesterday PM

- We have tried using a "To:" email outside the organization for testing purposes. Still nothing received on that other email, or in that email's spam folder.

 

I am out of ideas, and admittedly quite out of my league ... Anyone has ideas?

This is a known issue and has been confirmed by many users, some users currently report that this issue has been resolved.

Please check this thread and test it again.

Feel free to let us know if the issue still exists.

In addition, as an alternative workaround, you could try to use Send an Email V2 action instead.
