Manage flow using API

I am currently working on a wrapper around MS Flows, where I want to manage most of the functionalities using HTTP calls. I saw the documentation regarding API support, where it is stated that you can disable or delete a particular flow.

My use case requires a functionality where I can cancel a particular flow run using an HTTP request. Is this possible? \

Hi @uglyCoder

Currently this is not supported in Flow. Currently flows can be terminated during the run only by the terminate action within the flow or by manually cancelling from the portal. You can only turn the flow off or on externally but again if you try to turn off the flow while it is running, it will turn off after completing that particular run.

If you think it should be added as a functionality, you can create an idea or upvote similar ones here: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Flow-Ideas/idb-p/FlowIdeas

Hope this Helps!

In that case, can a flow be disabled? Was not able to find a way to do that as well. @yashag2255

Hey @uglyCoder

You can do it like this:few.PNG

You have to select the enviroment and the flow in this action. You can see a Turn on flow as an action too if you want to turn on the flow.

Hope this Helps!

Can it be done directly using an HTTP request?

Hey @uglyCoder

It can be done if the flow is triggered using an HTTP request. So you can create an HTTP request trigger and add the action there.

Hope this Helps!
