Max Delay Until

Is there a maximum limit for the Delay until action item? We have a flow we're considering that will delay for 28 days so wanted to see if anyone knew if there is a limit so we don't set it to run in 28 days and wait to find out it won't run.

Thanks!

@cpierich, a delay of 28 days will work fine. Please go ahead and create your flow.

For future reference of others, there is currently a limit of 30 days on the Wait/Delay action. At least until I can find a way around that.

If you want to Delay Until some date in the future, or in 28 days time, whichever comes first, you can use:

if(greater(ticks(body('Body_item')['EndDate']),ticks(addDays(utcNow(),28))),addDays(utcNow(),28),body('Body_item')['EndDate'])

This converts the date to 'ticks' (whatever they are), then checks which is greater, and returns the lesser of the two.

Got this idea from a comment in the Working with Dates and Times blog and the Use Expressions in Conditions documentation.
