Microsoft Form Response to Add row in Microsoft Excel

I have set up an automated cloud flow so that when I get a response on my Microsoft Forum a new row is added on my Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. When I run the flow it all runs successfully however when i check my spreadsheet no new row has been added.

 

Can anyone help?

Please post a screen shot of your Flow in edit/design view with as much detail as possible.  That will be a big help to those who would like to assist.
