Microsoft Form to Email: ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

I have adopted the template and test run it fine but email is not sent out.

It says the flow ran successfully but with this message:

ActionBranchingConditionNotSatisfied. The execution of template action 'Send_an_email_(V2)' skipped: the branching condition for this action is not satisfied.

Could someone share how I can resolve this?

Hi @TryingHardStaff ,

Because the conditions set by Condition are not met, the actions in the If yes branch will not be executed.

Please check whether the value of the field you filled in the condition is as expected. You can check the body of Get response details action.
