Move Files flow in SharePoint fails - within the same site

I have the following flow set up. It was working fine for months, then just stopped. No amount of tweaking/fiddling seems to help.

EdHansberry_0-1596819716738.png

All 3 site addresses are the same.

The error status is 400 and the body of the error is:

{
  "status": 400,
  "message": "Non-supported type ListItem for copy/move jobs. CallStack -- at Microsoft.SharePoint.Deployment.ExportObjectManager..ctor(SPDeployment deploymentDriver, SPSite site, SqlSession sqlSession, SPDeploymentSettings settings)\r\n at Microsoft.SharePoint.Deployment.SPExport.InitializeExport()\r\n at Microsoft.SharePoint.Deployment.SPExport.Run()\r\nclientRequestId: 7b58ddfb-bdba-4c9c-8cb3-c83a120fb030\r\nserviceRequestId: 7b58ddfb-bdba-4c9c-8cb3-c83a120fb030"
}

It is correctly getting the name of the PDF file to move.

Suggestions on how to proceed?

It is just PDF files. No conversion, just moving them.
The flow has worked for months, then stopped about a week or so ago. Nothing I can do to it has made it work again. I'll look at the other thread you posted, but this is really frustrating to have it just quit like that.

I understand you @EdHansberry  please my last recomendation is to open a microsoft support case it looks like someting in your tennat need to be review. Sorry men.

Hi @ChristianAbata - the flow you linked me to doesn't work. I'm not doing this with a "selected file" though, but with a newly created file. Workflow:

  • User gets file
  • drops into folder
  • Power Automate should move it.

There is no "file ID" so maybe the flow step I am using has to be modified. It failed on the Get File Properties step.

the only dynamic content from the "when a file is created" is:

File Content doesn't work. Won't even let me save the flow with that in the Compose step.
