Multiple SharePoint lists New Item created users and Created date and time captured in a single email alert

Hi,

I have created 11 SharePoint lists to capture different daily operations. instead of getting 11 separate mail alerts on the daily new Item creations. I need to get a single mail alert that contains the following items in a table

1. List Name
2. Created by
3. Created on

let's assume if an SP list is updated multiple times on a given date, the latest records need to be captured in the email alert.

I tried to find some solutions on the web but failed and the same result with the ChatGPT as well, I'm quite new to the power automate field and kindly seeking your expert advice and step-by-step guideline to resolve my issue

Hi @AvanthaPeiris 

Assume your trigger is a scheduled daily trigger which only run once a day, then look for all the lists and get the latest each record(s) from all lists on that day?

Hi @abm ,

Yes, you are correct. i have missed that piece of info in my question and sorry about it. ideally, the email has to be generated around 1530hrs daily with a status update.

thanks for the exceptionally well-crafted video and I just completed the flow creation. it worked as expected and will pass the learning to my teammates as well.

Hi @abm ,
would you be able to help me with the following time configuration?
the issue is here even though the single email alert was generated as expected at the scheduled time daily it did not reflect the correct time the end user/s updated the SharePoint list.
pls see the following screen captures

despite the fact that the regional settings are the same in the list and power flow, the mail alert contains a different time than created time in this example the entry was updated on 02/24/2023 at 1:46 pm but the mail alert says 02/24/2023 at 08:13 am.

tried different configurations in alert and site settings but did not generate the mail alert with matching time data values, hope you could help me out!
