I have looked and I have been unable to find the fix to this issue. I have a helpdesk app created with PowerApps and everytime i create a ticket or update a ticket an email is sent out to every ticket that has been created. I am trying to only send tickets to the user when they create a ticket and when their ticket is modified not when or if someone else creates or has thier ticket modified. Any help on his would be great.
I have the flow going "Get Items" then "Apply to each" then "Switch" after switch there are four different things that can be choosen for the status of the ticket.
