Hi -
I have a pretty basics question for the team. I'm using the template below and am confused about the assigned to and requestor fields.
My original assumption is that the "Assigned To" field is the user who would receive the request for approval and that the "Requestor Field" is based on who was originally assigned the task. However, I think at least part of that assumption is correct. Can anyone clarify the meaning of both fields?
Also, depending on what each mean can anyone let me know how I would design a flow that works as desired (i.e. upon completion of a given task within a bucket/plan by user 1, user 2 would receive the approval request?
I know these are all basic questions but I can't seem to find a glossary of what certain fields mean/function as.
Thanks for the help!
Heather

Hi Heather @HParker the Assigned to field is the person who will do the approval or rejection. The Requestor is the person who is requesting the approval. In your scenario that will be the person who completed the task in Planner and you'd select value assignments Assigned To User Id from the dynamic content for that field in the flow.

Hi @HParker ,
You should compare the Outcome dynamic content with Approve in the Condition.
