Need help with adaptive card and submit.action

Hi all, I'm trying to create a standup bot using Flow and Teams. I'm using the action the Teams connector "Post your own adaptative card as the Flow bot to a user". This works well you can see the result on this screenshot (Flow bot in teams screenshot).

I've created this adaptative card using the Microsoft Adaptative card designer. In teams the user can fill the 3 forms and click submit. What I would like to do next, is to get the data submitted and trigger another flow. Do you know how can I do this?

Re: Need help with adaptive card and submit.action

Hi @cimaja,

It seems like an know issue, have you ever add an app into the adaptive card?

You could refer to this post in Techcommunity of Microsoft, maybe it will have some help for you:
