I need to copy a page from a site collection to another site collection once published in SharePoint O365. I was able to achieve that previously using cross-site publishing feature but was unable to activate that in my E1 enterprise subscription. I was able to copy once the page is created or modified using Flows but trying to copy only if it is pblished.
Hi @Ajay,
Could you please share a screenshot of your flow’s configuration?
Do you want to copy a page from one site to another site using flow only when the page is published?
I suppose that you could be able to copy a page using “Created/Modified” trigger of SharePoint connector, but you want to try to copy a page when a page is published. Is it true?
The “When a page is published” trigger is not supported in Microsoft Flow currently, if you would like this feature to be added in Microsoft Flow, please vote the following idea:
Best regards,
Kris
Hello Kris,
Thanks for the reply, also I am struck at the create and modify connector. The Flow creates the same page in another site collection when a page is created but was unable to reflect the changes if any made to the page. How can I make the updates made to the page reflected in another site collection.
Thanks,
Ajay
Hi Ajay,
I'm currently stuck and looking into a similar scenario.
I'm intrigued to know did you get anywhere with this? Did you find an alternative approach?
