Hello!
I want to start an approval flow, but i can't find an "run now" button to test this flow.
Can anbody tell what could be the problem?
Hi @Isabell you will only get the Run Now button if your trigger is either a recurrence schedule or is set to run manually. You can test your flow from the Edit screen by clicking on "test" in the top right and you can then start the the flow with "I'll perform the trigger action". Or you can do whatever the trigger is like creating an item, submitting a form etc. and then check the result.

Hi @Isabell ,
Have problem been solved according to @RobElliott’s reply?
As @RobElliott’s said, you will only get the Run Now button if your trigger is either a recurrence schedule or is set to run manually.
And if your flow trigger is “recurrence” or is “manually trigger a flow”, you could get the Run button as screenshot below:
Please let me know if your problem could be solved.
Best regards,
Mabel
Hey guys! @RobElliott @v-yamao-msft
Many thanks for you help.
The thing is that I've no idea how to change the trigger to recurrence schedule!?
And a run manually flow is also not possible, because i get no connection to my outlook account, although the user data is correct. (see first Screenshot)
So I started to find another solution, that's why I have to more questions:
1. Is it possible to run a flow out of an One drive folder, for which I have full rights, but I'm not the owner?
Because when I'm in this One drive folder from my boss, I can't start a flow, there is no button to start it. (see third screenshot) But when I'm in my own One drive I have the "Flow" button. (see second screenshot)
As the 1. point doesn't worked with one drive, I tried to start the Flow via Sharepoint.
But I can't find a "Flow" button in Sharepoint, like the one I have when I'm in my own One Drive. So my question is:
2. How can I start an approval flow directly via Sharepoint?
I hope, I did not confuse you now.
Hi @Isabell you can create a flow in SharePoint from the link above the document library as shown in the image below.
