Hi,
I've setup a few flows with triggers linked to sharepoint lists and powerapps. The flows have been working find since last month or so until last week, when they stopped sending any email notifications. The flow shows that it has ran successfully and sent the email to recipients as intended, but no emails show up in the outlook.
I've added a new 'send email notification' and a 'send me a email notification' as trial. The flow runs but only email that shows up in the outlook is the notification (with bell icon).
Can anyone help to find out what has changed in last week.
Thanks,
Shamrose.

Our IT has finally cracked the code. The users not recieving the email were unsubcribed from the microsoft notification services for some reason. None of them actually did unsubscribed, some of the were infact using the flow/app for the first time. Also tried to re-subscribe from the default link at the bottom of notificaiton email. Apparenty there a few subscribe/unsubscribe pages availale, but not all work. However the following link works. Every new user now needs to subscribe using the following link to receive notifications.
Thanks for everyone's help guys.
Cheers,
Shamrose.
Hi @Shamrose ,
Could you please share a screenshot of the configuration of your flow?
And what is your issue now since the notification is sent?
If you want to receive an email type notification, you could take a try with the "send an email" action.

Hi Alice,
The flow indicates that the notification is sent, but no one receives any email, including myself. I also checked if I had blocked notifications and did subscribe again, but no luck.
I had these flow set by email notifications, but they all get sent from my personal email address and don't have an option to change the sender (or have a no-reply sender). For this reason I switched to notifications. I've attached the screenshots for your reference.
Did you check your junk email folder?
Hi Scott,
Yes I have, nothing in the Junk folder.
Cheers,
Shamrose.
Hi @Shamrose ,
Could you please take a try to run the flow again to see If the issue still exists? and I'm afraid that the notification is sent in a box such as junk box so you don't see it.
Also please take a try with the "Send an email" action and the email would be sent to the inbox.
Best regards,
Alice

Hi Alice, Yes it does. However I've found that no one in our organization is receiving these emails, so its not just me. I've tried by sending notifications to one of our contractors and they recieve it fine. So I'm check with our IT if they have implemented any recent updates to the system which may have stopped the notifications.

Shamrose.

If you're nervous about this link, like I was, use this instead: https://aka.ms/flow-mail
(Same form, but feels less likely to be a phishing attempt.)
Hello!
Thank you for posting the solution, but is it possible to explain what the forms actually does? I have a similar problem and I would like to try and solve it.
Thanks!
Glad that you got it working. That said, this is one of the reasons that I don't like to use the Send an email notification action. I much prefer sending from a Shared Mailbox.
