Office 365 Groups Mail: when a new email arrives to group "Trigger needs to be fixed"

I have the following setup: new emails' (pre-formatted, all with one PDF attachment) PDF attachment will be moved (thru Create file) to a SharePoint folder.

The problem that keeps recurring is: it works fine for a couple days, and then suddenly gives this error message "Trigger needs to be fixed", for no particular reason. And it keeps displaying the error msg despite some modification, and is no longer usable (so i do a Save as, and the Save as copy can be used, and does not show this error msg).

Below is the setup, plz help identify the issue.



Below are the error/failure message. Everyday, there are about 10 - 20 emails hitting the inbox at the same time (5 min interval).

For example this week, it failed on Monday, then worked ok for Tuesday to Thursday, and failed again Friday, when there were 20 emails: first 10 got processed, then it failed...

This is going to be a difficult one to address over the forum like this.  It might be a good idea to open a case with our support team.  We can help you address this issue.  You can open a case from the Power Platform Admin Center, or ask your admin to create a case for you.
