Outlook calender booking

I'm trying to set up a manual activated flow that will create an outlook calender booking from 08:00 and it will last xx minutes.

We use this to let the office know that we will be for example 20 minutes late.

Re: Outlook calender booking

Hi @swe_sebastian

I would suggest looking through the available templates at https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/

There are several button triggered Flows that block out the Outlook calendar which you may be able to use, or build upon including this one https://emea.flow.microsoft.com/en-us/galleries/public/templates/0a9071732e5c445dafe8cf5113b3fa94/bl...

Re: Outlook calender booking

Thanks, but all templates I find starts the calender booking right now and adds just a few minutes. None of them starts at 16:00 and lasts for xx minutes. I have tried to look into day.starts and then add 480 minutes to get a booking to start at 08:00 but I end up with UTC time and as I live in Sweden we have UTC+1 (during the summer even +2). I  need, to get this to work, find out the local day.start or how to make Outlook understand it should be 480 minutes after midnight local time.
