Hi @Ninovm

Has your problem been solved.

Do you want to send all expiry messages from the same user in one email?

I set up a flow, you can refer to below screenshots.

This is my test excel.

Save and test the flow.

After flow runs, Test2 and Lily will receive the following emails respectively.

There's an issue with your flow. If you post screenshots with sensitive data marked out, it will help to figure out the issue. Most likely you are using an Apply to Each loop and not changing to the correct user when sending the email.

Below is the screenshot of my flow. Yes i'm using Apply to Each.

You are creating the email body outside of the loop. Then for every row that is out of date you are sending the email to the "Trail Email" column. You need to do something more like this.

  1. Get list of rows
  2. if the day is passed the due date
    • if yes, then compose the email and send with the current row information
    • if no, do nothing or whatever you need to do if it is not passed due

That being said I'm not sure what your data is like so you may need to change it a little. But basically check your condition first then get the info to send them based on that particular row. Then send it.

Here's what my data looks like.

I would use the filter function in the "List rows present in a table" and only pull the out of date options (you'll need to rename the column with the date to check to have no spaces, like "CAL_DUE_DATE", if you can't do that then continue with your approach of filtering after you get all rows). Then apply to each, use your select, then create the table then send the email. It should work then. See attached image, if you can't change the column name, then add your condition (if date >= due date) at the beginning of the apply to each.ph.png
