Populating Microsoft Form fields in to Sharepoint Items

Hello,

I am building a Flow which takes the submitted details from the MS Form and creates the information in to Sharepoint Item. It mainly works as in the flow but it doesn't populate all the information from the Form.

I use the Dynamic Content to prepopulate the fields correctly, but when i test it, the data is missing. Any ideas?

Re: Populating Microsoft Form fields in to Sharepoint Items

Hello

I fixed the problem. Turns out I had the settings on the form not set correctly, set to one response only per person. Then on my Flow settings, I didnt have the correct settings to gather the information and select the dynamic content. It was trial and error but now works.

Thanks

@ggrocott :

Can you pleae post a screen shot of your Flow?  That will make it much easier to assist.  Thee more detail the better.

Hi @ggrocott ,

What’s your current situation?

Are you still having the issue?

I have made a test with Microsoft Forms, all the dynamic contents could be selected and they do populate correct value.
