Hello there. I face a problem with the trigger as it doesn't bring me any tags from LiveChat although I use them before closing the conversation.
How about sharing your Flow configuration? The picture shows properties when a conversation closed, how about when the conversation has not closed, the return value look like?
If the action still could not get tags, how about use HTTP request to get the list of tags, this is API for LiveChat tags is available here: https://developers.livechatinc.com/beta-docs/management/configuration-api-v2/#tags
