Pulling content from Form response into Outlook email using Flow

I ahve a flow that generates an Outlook email when someone submits a reposne to a Form survey.  I would like the emial to be able to pull in data from the Form respose.  Right now the email says, "A new form has been submitted."  I would like it to say, "A new form has been submitted by First Name Last Name."

Re: Pulling content from Form response into Outlook email using Flow

Hi @DJPanda

When you use the authenticated microsoft form you get the responder email as dynamic action

Get response details - action - Responders Email

Use the get user profile action and set UPN as responders email

The get user profile action will give you the first name and last name as dynamic cotnent which you can use in the send email subject

Reza Dorrani
